Forge your edge.
World-class Muay Thai, BJJ, boxing and wrestling — taught by people who remember what your first class felt like. Complete beginners are not just welcome here, they're most of the room.
New to martial arts? Start here.
Most people who walk through our doors have never trained anything in their life. They're not 22 and athletic — they're in their 30s, 40s, and 50s, coming back to their body after years away from it. If that's you, this is exactly who this gym is built for.
You don't need to get in shape before you start. That's what the first few months are for. You just need to show up once.
Claim your free week- You won't be the only beginner. Every class has a fundamentals track built for people who joined this month, not this decade.
- No gear, no problem. Show up in a t-shirt and shorts. We'll tell you what to bring after class one, not before.
- Nobody is grading your fitness. Coaches scale every drill to the person doing it. Go at your pace — that's the only pace that exists here.
- It's normal to be nervous. Almost everyone sits in the parking lot for a minute before their first class. Come in anyway.

The best gym in Chilliwack, and the only one offering complete martial arts training, provides high-quality grappling and striking training at the most reasonable prices for an MMA gym that I have experienced. Plus, you can use the sauna after training. The atmosphere is very friendly, and the coaches are very caring. I always attend the 6 am morning class. Many thanks to Coach Eric!
