1. Who this agreement is between
These terms are between you and Zen Martial Arts & Fitness ("Zen," "we," "us"), located at 48640 Yale Rd, Chilliwack, BC V4Z 0B1. By using this website, booking a trial class, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership and payments
Memberships are billed according to the plan you select at sign-up (drop-in, punch pass, or monthly membership). Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice.
3. Assumption of risk
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, kickboxing, boxing, wrestling, and MMA training involve inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By training at Zen Martial Arts & Fitness, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
4. Code of conduct
Members and guests are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow students with respect, follow coach instruction during live training, and prioritize training partners' safety over their own competitive instinct. Zen Martial Arts & Fitness may suspend or end membership for conduct that endangers others or repeatedly disregards gym rules.
5. Website use
This website and its content (text, images, and the Zen Martial Arts & Fitness name and logo) belong to Zen Martial Arts & Fitness. You may not reproduce or repurpose them for commercial use without permission.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada.
